3. Use of registration data. PT ESN will use your name, email address, and WhatsApp number to receive and respond to this registration. Optional marketing and service research or survey contact requires the separate choice shown in this form.
4. Optional choices. Marketing and research or survey permissions are independent. You may decline either or both and still submit the registration. You may ask PT ESN to change or withdraw an optional permission using the contact channel displayed on this page.
5. Updates. PT ESN should publish a new version when these terms or the optional permission wording materially changes. The version shown when you submit is recorded with your registration.
